Using Leio pearlescent pigment in plastic raw material, to get good and easier dispersion, we suggest customers make pre-dispersing. That means, before adding all the pigment powder to plastic raw material, put the pigment (suitable amount) into a container, add some dispersion agent, and a small and suitable amount of plastic raw material to which the pigments will be added. Then mix them evenly. We call this process is pre-dispersing.
Then put the pre-dispersed mixture together with all the remaining plastic material that should be added, and mix them evenly.
